FOUNDATIONAL FLO
A yoga class specifically sequenced to create or solidify the basis of your practice. Whether you are brand new to yoga or looking to strengthen your knowledge, this set sequence will focus on connecting breath to movement, defining alignment, and releasing tension from the body.

SLO FLO
A slower paced vinyasa yoga class designed to foster a deeper connection between mind and body. Here, you can expect to move with intention, focus on alignment, and to hold postures for longer periods.

SET FLO
A balanced yoga class that will serve all parts of your mind and body through movement, breath work, and stillness. This sequence will be the same every single class, allowing you to effortlessly track your progress, add, or subtract as needed on any given day.

ENDURANCE FLO
A vigorous vinyasa, similar to our Power format. What sets this class apart is the additional cardio elements seamlessly interwoven into the sequence of the class to build your stamina and allow you to see you are capable of more than you think!​​​

STRETCH & RESTORE
A supportive yoga practice designed to enhance mobility, release tension, and allow the body to heal itself. In this class, you can expect to use bolsters, blocks, straps, and sandbags to encourage your body to reach homeostasis.

SCULPT
A challenging experience complete with weights and cardio bursts. Beginning with a thoughtful warm up to prepare the body and ending with a stretch to release the tension you have built throughout class. The core of this format is HITT (high intensity interval training), body weight exercises, and a cardio!

POWER FLO
A dynamic vinyasa yoga flow, specifically designed to build heat, strength, endurance, and mobility in the body. Expect a faster pace, sweat, and an invitation to challenge yourself.

KID'S FLO
It is never too early to give the gift of mindfulness. In this class, children will explore yoga postures, mindfulness techniques, and play- all specifically curated to meet the cognitive abilities of their age range. Expect movement, stillness, song, dance, and crafts!​
